Do you require a deposit?
We require a $80-$150 non-refundable deposit to book our rentals. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, the deposit can be used to reschedule for a future date within the next 6 months.
When is full payment required?
Full Payment is required one week in advance of the event date
What is the delivery fee?
Pierce, King, Thurston, Kitsap County
Delivery cost vary. This is an estimate and does not reflect exact cost.

Within 10 miles: Free (Tacoma, Lakewood, University Place, Fircrest) (Large packages where a U-Haul is involved is at discretion for a delivery fee)

11-20 Miles: $25 (Lacey, Spanaway, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Dupont, Steilacoom, Fife, Pt Ruston)
21-30 Miles: $50 (Bonney Lake, Lake Tapps, Federal Way, Auburn, Des Moines, Olympia, Yelm, Kent, Orting)
31-40 Miles: $75 (Renton, Burien, White Center, Black Diamond, Enumclaw, Newcastle, Bremerton)
41-50 Miles: $100 (Seattle, Bellevue)
50 Miles+: Case by case (Issaquah, Bothell)

When is the latest you pick up?
9pm is the latest we pick up. If you would like to request a pick up after that it is a $50 after hours pick up fee.
Are the rates listed on your website per hour?
No, the rates posted are not per hour.
Do you set up at Parks?
Yes, however gates are required for Soft-Play set ups
Do you offer ballooon garlands?
At this time we do not. However, we can collaborate with local balloon artist and give you a recommendation list upon request.
What type of surface can you set up on?
We can set up on most surfaces as long as it is level. Grass is best but we can also setup on leveled asphalt and concrete. We use sandbags and stakes to secure bounce castles, so please inform us on any underground irrigation pipes and electricity lines in the perimeter of the bounce castle.
How do we keep the bounce castle's safe while we enjoy our event?
Adhere to the rules posted on the maintenance and safety sign. Keep animals, drinks, food, candy, gum, silly string, glitter, confetti, slime, away from bounce unit. Water activities are not recommended near or on our rentals.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed however deposits are Non Refundable. Cancellation after set up has begun forfeits any refunds or reschedules.

Reschedule: Please give us 48 hours notice on rescheduling. If you need to reschedule an event it is subject to availability of the rescheduled date
Do you deliver and set up the equipment
Yes, we deliver and set up at the location chosen an hour before the event starts. At the end of the event we will come and retrieve the rentals.
Do you have a weather policy?
Force Majeure or Unforeseen Circumstances: As a result of unforeseen events or circumstances beyond control like extreme weather conditions (Snow/temperatures exceeding 90 degrees) the deposit is nonrefundable. However, we will do our best to reschedule the event based on avilability
Do I need a power source?
An electrical outlet must be within 50 feet of the rental setup. The plug will need to be a "ground connector" or in other words 3-prong plug.
What should we do in preparation of Party Ends At Nine Rentals?
Measure! Make sure you know where you want your rental and any alternative locations in case your first choice doesn't work out. Also make sure that the space is ready for rental installment and that there is an easy accessible route for delivery. Clear the rental area of rocks, sticks, and animal droppings.
How much space do I need?
You will need 2 feet on each side, 2 feet to ceiling and 5 feet on the front and back of the bounce castles.

Can the bounce houses be used indoors?
Yes, we actually prefer indoor set ups to avoid weather issues. If you have high ceilings the bounce castles are a perfect rental for you! Please check the height of the unit is less than the height of the ceiling. A gymnasium, auditorium, or any large venue would be a great place for our rentals.
How are the bounce houses cleaned?
We follow recommended maintenance protocols and stay up to date with CDC guidelines on sanitation before and after every use
What cities are within the delivery zone?
Cities listed under Pierce, King, Thurston Counties are in our delivery zone. If you are located outside of the delivery zone we will create a delivery fee based on the city location or send recommendations.
Is there a cleaning fee?
No, cleaning is included in the rental price. However, if any rentals are broken, stained, or excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for Mini Items and $400 fee for large accidentals.
Do you provide generators, for park rentals?
At this time we do not offer generators for park rentals. However, you can rent a generator from a local supplier.
Do you have a booking minimum?
At this time we have a $300 minimum when booking.
Is there an extra cost for holiday weekends?
Nope! We would love our customers to elevate their holidays with our rentals at no extra cost.
