1. There are risk, both known and unknown, using any inflatable or soft-play item, including, but not limited to physical injury, emotional injury, distress, paralysis and even death. The risk of serious injury from participating in inflatable bounce house activities, although minimal, does exist, as it does in all play and amusement activities.
2. I, on behalf of myself, my children, my family members, children in my care, my heirs, and my guest, knowingly and freely assume all risk of injury and agree to hold harmless Party Ends at Nine, LLC its owners and employees with respect to any claims demands, causes or rights of action, even if arising from the actions, acts of omission or negligence of said entities or individuals.
3. I and the children and adults in my care who will participate in any inflatable bounce house/Soft-Play activities are physically, mentally and emotionally fit to participate in such activities.
4. Should any children be dropped off in my care for use of the inflatable bounce house/Soft-Play, I will inform them to follow all rules of participation and will trust their judgement or the judgement of my representative in their safe participation.
5. Children on or around the Inflatable must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
6. WIND/RAIN ADVISORY: Due to safety and risk of product damage: If it is raining, forecast to rain, or there are windy conditions over 14 mph our team will not set up. It is the renter’s responsibility to have a backup indoor plan for outdoor events.
7. If the inflatable bounce house/Soft-Play is being used outdoors. I have inspected and reviewed all the safety guidelines and this rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear expected) and the bounce house/Soft-Play is setup correctly. I will make sure that all the stakes provided for grounding the inflatable bounce house/Soft-Play will not be removed from the ground at any time. If there are wind gusts up to 14 MPH, I will remove all individuals from the inflatable bounce house and deflate it to ensure safety of all participants.
8. A bounce house/Soft-Play should be placed on level terrain (less than 5% slope) in an area that allows for anchoring. The ground should be free of debris, and a protective layer should be placed underneath. Grass, concrete, driveways, indoors, and in a garage are all acceptable locations. If the event is on Grass, ensure you mow the lawn 4 days in advance; grass shaving causes excessive stains & debris. WE DO NOT SET UP ON ROCKS, SAND, OR DIRT.
9. For safety and product damage risk: No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the Inflatable/Soft-Play.
10. For safety and product damage risk: Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable/Soft-Play.
11. Do not relocate or pack up items at the end of the event. Communicate with the assigned pick-up person if event ends early.
1. No smoking on or around the inflatable/Soft-Play.
2. No barbeques around the Inflatable/Soft-Play.
3. No climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls of the inflatable/Soft-Play.
4. Always ensure that the Inflatable/Soft-Play is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of guest using it.
5. Ensure guest are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving to a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
6. No pets, toys, or sharp instruments on the Inflatable/Soft-Play at any time.
7. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as this is dangerous.
8. Do not allow anyone to be on the Inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS
9. Please ensure that guest are not attempting somersaults and all pockets are empty and free of any objects.
10. If the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the Inflatable immediately and calmly.
